Cape Verde in the 30 years of it´s existence made a fort bet in the education and I believe that allows a continuous development of the country and the consolidation of the democracy
Education is sooo important but often out of reach to many in Africa due to lack of teachers and facilities. Even when there are, maths and science at higher levels are two subjects often missed out due to teachers with B Sc's preferring to go for higher salaries in industry and therefore leading to a shortage of young adults with technical skills.
